🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will assess the case and arrange a refund, repair, or replacement as appropriate.
🔄 Return Conditions
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
